Job Summary:
We are looking for a Full Stack Developer who will conduct product research leading to new or improved products. You will create or enhance software products based on specifications developed in conjunction with subject matter experts.

Essential Functions:
Design, implement and test new UI features (frontend and backend), while maintaining and improving existing UI related to STA/SAS products, with main focus on performance, scalability and usability aspects.
Apply coding/implementation best practices to produce elegant, high quality and reusable code.
Collaborate with other developers and UX designers to improve look and usability.
Implement Proof of Concept to validate UX concepts or new technology/features prior to product implementation.
Follow the agile and SAFe (Scaled Agile) methodology used for the project which includes writing user stories and creation of corresponding tasks in JIRA.
Implement and follow security best practices for web applications.
Monitor and evaluate new technologies and their evolution in order to keep our products/technologies up-to-date and our team continuous improvement.
Write good quality design and specification documents, in Confluence.
Regularly archive source code and assets into source code repository (Git). Perform code review of other team members and provide feedback/guidance.
Interface with the geographically distributed teams in Austin, Ottawa, and Noida on a regular basis.

Skills, Experience & Education
Bachelor degree in computer science or other relevant field of study.
3 years of experience in web development and UI development experience is required (frontend and backend).
3 years of experience in web backend technologies, such as Node.js, C# / ASP.NET, Java / J2EE.
Must possess strong attention to details, high aesthetical taste, and ability to apply user-centric design approach to produce a delightful and highly usable UI/UX.
Proficient understanding of web markup, protocol and client-side scripting technologies in general, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, AJAX, JSON, JQuery, REST API, Angular.
Working experience/knowledge with cloud provider: AWS or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Proficient understanding of Responsive Web Design & Layout techniques and frameworks, such as Bootstrap.
Proficient understanding of Single Page Application architecture and frameworks (Angular 8).
Proficient understanding of Web UI test methodologies, frameworks and tools, such as BDD, Selenium.
Proficient understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS, SASS.
Proficient knowledge and practice of cross-browser compatibility testing and debugging.
Familiarity and working experience with Agile/SAFe/Scrum methodology
Additional Experience

Position Description:
The Senior Software Developer will provide software development services to classified computer networks in the service of the National Security Administration mission.

Job Summary:
The Service Now Administrator will support multiple internal, back office, applications with a primary focus on NetSuite, Salesforce.com, and Service Now. This individual will be primarily responsible for the day to day administration, end-user support, and performing all administrative tasks related to supporting these systems. The Application Administrator is a key member of the IT team involved in improving business processes and supporting initiatives to continuously improve, integrate, and consolidate systems company-wide.

Role& Responsibilities:
• Maintenance and day to day administration of NetSuite, Salesforce.com, and ServiceNow
• Monitoring end-user usage of systems, tracking performance, performing daily administrative and support tasks, and maintaining and dating system documentation.
• System adoption and satisfaction, including training to users on the applications relevant to their jobs; provide support to users and maintain proper system access; and support end-user technical requests.
• Monitor the health of the applications’ processes and adjust processes as needed.
• Assist with creating saved searches, reports, and dashboards for all team functions at both management and user level
• Testing changes in sandbox account and deploying changes to production account
• Creating, modifying and removing user access and roles
• Development and implementation of policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure the quality of data and perform regular data audits; resolve data integrity issues.

Required Qualifications& Experience:
• NetSuite, Salesforce, Service Now administration experience and certification preferred
• Detailed understanding of common industry-standard business practices as related to Accounting (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Invoicing); Sales Force Management (Opportunity, Proposal, Sales Orders, Forecasting, Territory Management, and Quotas); Inventory Management (Purchasing and Fulfilment); and Support (Case Management), Project Management
• Exposure to other Billing, Accounting, SalesForce Management and Marketing business practices such as Payroll, Expense Tracking, Multi-currency and Commissions, Returns, Team Selling, Net or Ecommerce, Shopping carts and Website Layout
• Experience with software in a‘Software as a Service’ (SaaS) environment is a definite advantage, as is experienced with financial accounting, billing, customer management, and sales force automation software
• Previous project management experience would be advantageous
• Four-year college degree in a relevant discipline (MIS, IT business/computer science)

Qualified candidates will have at least 3-5 years’ experience as a Software Engineer, plus EXPERT level skills in Groovy, Java, Java Script, React JS, Angular JS and jQuery.

Roles & Responsibilities :
Design, Develop, Test, and Implement frontend changes using REST/SOAP API, JavaScript, CSS3, HTML5, Apache Groovy, Java, JavaScript, React JS, and other technologies. Use best practices to develop clustered, reliable, scalable, and high performance frontend application.
