Design, code, test, and evaluation of application programs and functions

Youll Bring These Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related field) or equivalent experience and one to two years of related programming experience
Adequate knowledge of relational database systems, Object Oriented Programming and web application development
Ability to work within a Unix/Linux based environment
Strong ability to identify, inspect, articulate, and resolve complex problems
Highly motivated to program at an exceptional level, learn new technologies, and find ways to improve existing processes
Excellent verbal and written communications skills to communicate with others about the work being performing on the application
Must have the ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance (NOTE: U.S. Citizenship required)
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Experience with version control software such as Subversion or GIT.
Experience in MVC frameworks such as Spring.
Experience using IDE interfaces such as Netbeans is a big plus.
Experience with relational databases such as Oracle, MSSQL, or MySQL is desired.
Experience in an agile development environment such as SCRUM or Extreme Programming preferred

Preferred Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree (Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or Math) or six (6) years’ technical experience in developing complex applications
Security+ CE Certification

One (1) year experience in setting up and leveraging Visual Studio preferred

The Business Analyst provides data analytics for the agency. They understand business processes to assist stakeholders with productivity efficiencies. They also possess technical expertise in developing visual charts and diagrams, and they are capable of training stakeholders in utilizing data analytics.

Resposibilities:.
Consult with management to determine data analytic needs of the organization.
Maintain up to date databases and data sets for the agency.
Develop accurate data reports and analytics to support business decisions.
Maintain and schedule recurring data reports to be sent on-time per requirements.
Maintain business intelligence dashboards and train stakeholders on its utilization.
Devise ways to improve work process efficiencies and productivity for departments.
Design and implement web-enabled content for agency’s intranet and internet sites.
Oversee the installation and configuration of data systems to customize them for the organization.
Train stakeholders on technical applications and write instruction manuals.

Requirements:

At least an Associates Degree in Information Systems or similar.
Minimum two years’ experience in similar role involving SQL programming.
Valid and unrestricted Driver’s License.

Preferred:

Bachelor’s in Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent.
Three or more years’ experience in SQL programming.
At least one-year experience in administrating Microsoft SQL environment.
Business process experience or certifications, such as Lean or Six Sigma.
At least one-year experience in Word Press or Microsoft SharePoint development.

Software Developers will work with small teams to design, develop, and software to fulfill unique requirements across various OS platforms.
Responsibilities
Code, perform tests, and debug new software and applications, while also making enhancements to existing software
Complete all phases of the software development process throughout the product life cycle, including research, modeling, designing, debugging, and maintaining processes
Create, maintain, and update technical and system documentation as necessary
Execute release-based development under planned deadlines, as well as investigate and resolve production issues according to priorities
Participate in continuous performance improvement meetings to improve processes and standards
Perform peer review of design elements, software components, and test specifications following guidelines from the development team
Improve and optimize the efficiency of the various software systems by implementing, monitoring, testing, and auditing new software programs
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
3-5 years of experience developing software and applications
Experience with relevant development tools, applications, and system architecture
Ability to prioritize well and work on multiple tasks and projects in tandem
Ability to quickly learn and apply new languages, frameworks, and technologies
Experience using common development practices, including Agile, Scrum, Test Driven Development, Continuous Integration, Automated Tests
Comprehensive technical knowledge of both the information technology field and computer science
Experience with a variety of programming languages and computer and web-related technologies, including HTML/CSS, Java J2EE, C++, JavaScript, .NET, SQL

This position is responsible for developing and supporting software applications.
The primary responsibilities include:
Consult with customers about software system design and maintenance. Analyze user needs and software requirements.
Design, develop and modify software systems including in-house developed applications.
Implement and configure third-party software applications.
Modify existing software, both in-house developed and third-party software, to correct errors or to improve performance.
Develop and execute software testing and validation procedures.
Follow defined processes for validation and documentation.
Assist in planning, project management and overall support of all software applications.
Answer user inquiries regarding software operation to resolve problems.
