RESPONSIBILITIES:
_Work closely with developers to design and implement testing strategy and test plans, maintaining detailed documentation
_Analyze test results, report testing observations, including documenting failures
_Document requirements for acceptance criteria
_Support developers with bug triage
_Support deployment process
_Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
_Work with developers and product team to anticipate how code changes will impact workflows and proactively highlight pain points and suggest improvements

Required Skills:

Job Description:
The ServiceNow Developer is responsible for working to design, develop, test and own solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The Service Now Developer will provide administration, application development, maintenance, and technical support by using best practice programming techniques to configure robust solutions to the business utilizing the ServiceNow platform.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
_Successfully plan, execute, monitor, control, and close all technical tasks related to configuration and implementation of all aspects of the ServiceNow platform.
_Provide software coding and customization including, but not limited to screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, data imports, web service integration, scripting, third party software integrations, and custom application development.
_Update and maintain a comprehensive testing protocol for ServiceNow instance upgrades with the purpose of certifying all applications for use after the upgrade completes.

Required Skills:
_BS degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and experience.
_3 years of demonstrated experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, and administration, including but not limited to successful deployments as lead.
_Proficient with Javascript, Glidescript, AngularJS 1.4, Powershell, Jellyscript, REST API, ServiceNow Studio, Agile 2.0, Github

Job Description:
As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing sophisticated systems and software basis the customer’s business goals, needs and general business environment creating software solutions. The Software Engineer I will develop software in an agile development environment and provide custom enhancement support to retail solutions using various prevalent technologies. This role will build solutions based on web & enterprise technologies with a focus on complex browser-side functionality.
