Job Description:

• Perform all aspects of Platform Administration, Design, Development and implantation of Software solutions.
• Build Workflows and write automated scripts.
• Build and Deploy required enhancements to the Service Now Platform.
• Build and Deploy UI Policies, UI actions, script includes, scheduled jobs, import sets and transform maps.
• Implementation of Service Now for ITSM, Discovery, Orchestration, PPM, Demand Management and other modules.
• Provide advanced support for Service Now by troubleshooting, implementing bug fixes and root cause analysis etc.
• Maintain production system reliability through utilization of Change Management process.
• Implement ServiceNow customization including, but not limited to, Client Scripts, UI policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, Business Rules, Data Policies, Fixed Scripts, workflow administration, Scheduled jobs, report setup, and data imports and exports.
• Involve in CMS page layout design, by using the HTML DIV based layout, drop zone creation along with JQuery and CSS.
• Assist in the definition of business requirements and provide definitions and updates of system design documentation.
• ServiceNow application development; including creation and configuration of Service Catalogs, Data imports and exports and Reports.
• Create new workflow for the Service Requests.
• Experience in upgrading from Istanbul to Jakarta version on ServiceNow instance.
• Work on the defects post upgrade and fixed the defects.
• Create Buttons and context menus both on form and lists using UI actions.
• Experience in coding, object-oriented and modularized software.
• Expertise in writing Java code and working knowledge of JavaScript.
• Expertise in unit and integration test automation.
• Expertise with HTML technologies including HTML, CSS and AJAX practices.
• Familiarity with SOA technologies including as REST ,SOAP implementations.
• Familiarity with coding and diagnosing problematic SQL.
• Familiarity with Unix shell and source control systems and tools such as git, maven and ant.
• Demonstrated success completing complex projects, on time.
• Demonstrated aptitude for learning new technologies quickly.

Required Skills:  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science,Related Fields or related field.  • Required knowledge of HTML,CSS,XML,JAVA,PHP. • Self-motivated and ability to motivate the team members as well.
