Job Description:
Equinox IT Solutions LLC is looking for Scrum Master to assist with this effort by overseeing the scrum process. The incumbent should be experienced in Agile development methodology and Scrum and be able to mentor others in the process.
Core Responsibilities
Lead the scrum team in using Agile methodology and scrum practices
Coordinate with the product owner and development team to achieve customer satisfaction
Lead the scrum process and help development team(s) in self-organization
Help the development team(s) to follow the Agile framework
Resolve conflicts and issues that occur between product owners/business side and the development team(s)
Help the scrum team achieve higher levels of agile maturity.
Support the product owner and provide education where needed
Qualifications
A Scrum Master certification is required
At least 3 years of prior experience in leading scrum and being on a scrum team
Ability to analyze and think quickly and to resolve conflict
Knowledgeable in techniques to fill in gaps and remove barriers for the scrum team.
Ability to determine what is scrum and what is not
Experience with successful Agile techniques
Ability to work with and lead a team
Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills
Ability to adapt to a changing environment
Self-motivation and ability to stay focused in the middle of distraction
Must have 5-7 years of recent experience (current and going back) of being a scrum master
