Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our Data and Reporting Team who will collaborate with team members to analyze requirements and provide reporting and analytics to support organizational goals. The Business Analyst will partner with key stakeholders across the organization to meet reporting and data needs. This position will leverage existing data repositories as well as provide input into the structure of new repositories to ensure that data is easily accessible and ready to be turned into valuable information.

Position Responsibilities:
Work collaboratively as part of the Data and Reporting Team to provide business insights and fulfill internal and external customer needs.
Create and prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports; proactively assess data, identify trends, and provide analytical insights.
Provide accurate and timely reports and information based on priorities and needs of the business.
Collaborate with team members to ensure business needs are fulfilled and to identify areas for proactive analysis.
Proactively monitor data sources and reports to ensure ongoing accuracy and data integrity; address and resolve concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
Create and maintain documentation and knowledge bases.
Follow department and organization processes and procedures; contribute to the development of future departmental processes, structure, and goals.
Create and respond to tickets, track hours, and work from a team backlog.
Consistent learning and research.
Use planning and organization skills.
Able to maintain professional demeanor under stress and within a fast-paced environment.

Position Qualifications:
Strong SQL query writing and optimization skills
Advanced Microsoft Excel including VBA, formulas, pivots, etc.
AWS experience preferred
Solid problem solving and analysis skill set.
Able to communicate across departments.
Job is primarily sedentary but must be able to lift 30lbs occasionally.
Must be available, on-call, after-hours, weekends, and holidays.
Must be able to put in extra time to hit deadlines and resolve emergencies when needed.
API and Webservice experience preferred
Python, r, PostgreSQL, NoSQL experience preferred
2-to-5 years relevant experience experience required
Bachelor's degree required
