Job Description:

Summary:
The Senior Systems Analyst is tasked with identifying and analyzing strategic data related issues and needs. This includes assessing the tools available, defining the optimal solution, managing the solution through development, testing, and implementation, and then maintaining and supporting the new solution in the production environment with updates and enhancements as necessary. This position requires a willingness to proactively learn and lead projects forward, including in the face of uncertainty.

Key Result Areas:
§ Take the lead on developing processes and appropriate solutions that address strategic data needs and objectives throughout the Bank.
§ Through understanding of what a business unit is trying to accomplish, work with various departments to create data queries to support their business needs.
§ Create, monitor, and troubleshoot all levels of SQL queries.
§ Provide enterprise wide support for the bank’s CRM system. This includes working proactively with each department to setup their data needs in order for all staff to fully understand each of the bank’s customers at a glance.
§ Assist the Business Intelligence Analyst to develop and modify visual dashboards, using data analytical tools, for various areas of the bank.
§ Contribute to the effective team management of all bank problems, issues and opportunities.
§ Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:
§ College education or equivalent and 5+ years of equivalent work experience.
§ 5+ years of experience working with T-SQL and PL-SQL
§ 3+ years of experience working with various CRMs (Ex: EnAct, Encompass, or Salesforce) to support the product in house.
§ At least a year’s experience with data analytical tools such as TIBCO Spotfire or Tableau.
§ At lease a year’s experience with document management systems (OnBase/Nautilus), preferred.
§ 5+ years of experience with scripting languages, regular expressions preferred.
§ 2+ years of experience with C# preferred.
§ 5+ years of related Oracle or SQL database experience.
§ 2+ years of experience with Visual Studio for creating SQL packages.
§ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
§ Strong ability to work independently and multitask.
§ Strong analytical and organizational skills.
§ Strong ability to demonstrate professionalism always, is required.
§ Proficient with Microsoft products, specifically Excel and Access.
