• Create, monitor and post accruals and journal entries.
• Oversee accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems ensuring compliance with appropriate GAAP standards and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze departmental fiscal data, monthly, quarterly and annually.Included in your analysis rate approvals, contract review, commission analysis, product analysis, P&L review and other ad hoc analysis.
• Analyze, monitor all the transactions and prepare financial reports for the annual budget of the company.
• Partner with payroll analysts on the payroll team in processing domestic payrolls..
• Audit data integrity between Workday HRIS and ADP Workforce new payroll to ensure both systems are in sync on a quarterly and annual basis
• Computation of Taxes owed, preparation of tax returns, and ensuring that the taxes are paid by due date.
• Possesses broad knowledge of many accounting systems, may recommend changes to currently used system to expedite problems. Such as credit card reconciliations, employee expense reports, cash control, and oversee payroll tax compliance with ADP.
• Ensuring the general ledger and key sub ledger accounts, as assigned, are fully prepared, reconciled and reviewed on a monthly basis.
• Provide and support appropriate levels of reviews and oversight for activities performed by offshore associates.
• Ensure all deadlines and schedules are met on time and in accordance with Service Level Agreements
•Document workflow, procedures, checklists, and policies for assigned tasks.
•Confirm and abide by all internal procedures, policies and regulatory guidance.
• Evaluating the financial operations of the company and thereby suggesting the best practices to the company management.
• Create role and accounting procedures which comply with the state laws for the company and aim at reducing the cost for the company thereby increasing the profits of the company.
